Why is the price I paid higher/lower than the face value price indicated on my tickets?
Ticket Boat displays tickets from a network of ticket resellers who price their inventory according to their market value, not the "face value."
Who does Ticket Boat use for shipping?
Ticket Boat will always ship tickets via FedEx when possible - If FedEx is not possible we will employ a Special Delivery Service.
How can I track my order from Ticket Boat?

No. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
I want the tickets shipped to an address different than my billing address. Can I do this?
We can, but to help prevent credit card fraud, we prefer to ship all tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card. If we must send tickets to a separate address, customers may be required to fill out and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form.
